Sephora’s Holiday Campaign=Diversity

Sephora has announced the inside scoop behind their "Reach Out and Gift" holiday campaign. For the first time ever, Sephora had a mass amount of employees apply to be featured as models for the brand during the holidays. Only 10 were chosen, but together they make a diverse team! Sephora is definitely sticking to its mission in becoming one of the most diverse makeup retailers in the world!

The employees were chosen based on their statement of what unique beauty means to them. Famous fashion photographers Inez and Vinoodh shot the Sephora ad. It is meant to draw in diverse Sephora customers, while the diverse makeup experts that work in the store can assist them with their vast range of beauty products that cater to all people of colour. The campaign can be seen in stores and online starting today!
