They new Baywatch teaser trailer was released a few hours ago and it looks good. Although Priyanka Chopra only makes a short cameo in the 2 minute video, she looks fierce as ever. The star-studded cast, which includes Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera and Jon Bass, tackles a story that focuses on a devoted lifeguard dealing with the recruitment of a new hire. As the plot progresses, they also start to uncover local criminal activities.

Fans were hoping Chopra, who plays the villain, would have a lot more screen time throughout the promotional material, however, that has not been the case. Whether or not this is a calculated marketing move or just a signal that the starlet’s role may not be that huge, audiences will have to wait and see. Since starring in Quantico, Chopra has been one of the most successful Indian actresses to transition into Hollywood and thrive in it.
