What better way to embrace (and affirm) cultural diversity in Canada than by organizing a momentous fashion event such as South Asian Fashion Week?
From March 2-4, fashion fanatics in Vancouver will be able to witness a series of runway shows and presentations inspired by Indian and Pakistani cultures. There will also be an evening gala, a private fashion viewing, as well as a substantial opportunity to meet with the designers.
Produced by Cindy Khella, Farah Hasan, Hartej Dhanda, and Pindie Dhaliwal, SAFW aims to "create a platform that inspires and defines upcoming South Asian fashion trends in contemporary womenswear, menswear and accessories."
