Victoria Beckham started her days in body-con minidresses as Posh Spice, and now favors sophisticated, minimalist womenswear she designs for her own collection. From August 20th to the 25th you will have the chance to look through and possibly purchase more than 600 pieces from her closest, thanks to The Outnet. The funds will benefit mothers2mothers, a charity organization that cares for HIV positive mothers. They have reached over 1.2 million women living with HIV in 9 countries. It also teaches them ways to prevent the spread of the virus to their babies. Just $10 could help one mother protect her baby from HIV. All of the money raised from this event will help m2m’s Mentor Mothers reach even more HIV-positive mothers. Beckham chose the pieces that are of special significance – whether personally, because she had some special moments in them, or publicly, because they were worn to an awards show. The 10 most iconic looks will be sold through a reverse auction. Some of these looks include the white Dolce & Gabbana dress she wore to the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards and the yellow Roberto Cavalli gown she wore to the pre-World Cup party in 2006. Make sure you register before August 20th at The Outnet.
