Late Thursday night, hit show "Quantico" star Priyanka Chopra was injured while falling on set. Reports say that Chopra is suffering from a concussion and was unable to attend a press event promoting the show, but doctors discharged her just hours after she was rushed to the ER. A rep for Chopra spoke out and confirmed, stating: "Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident ... and [she] will return to work after the weekend".
