Pokemon Takeover

You may have noticed a lot more people are in parks or just outside walking around with their phones in search of something lately. Earlier this week Nintendo released Pokemon Go which is the reason for the sudden interest in going outside for many. The goal of the game is the same as it has always been in Pokemon games, to 'Catch em' all'. This game uses your phone's GPS and clock to detect your location and based on that Pokemon appear around you on your screen and you can catch them. While there are some Pokemon inside there are many more outside so a lot of people are going to out for walks or drives to catch em all. Since the release the game has already been downloaded 7.5 million times in the U.S. alone and is making around $1.6 million per day, but don't worry there is no charge to you for the app.It is currently available for free in the Google Play store and iOS App store if you want to see what all the fuss is about, but don't blame us when you become one of those people driving and walking around searching along with all the people you are currently confused by.   By Sidra Sheikh Banner Image: Business Insider
