India is one of the most colourful places in the world, and home to designer Manish Arora. When he presented his spring/summer collection at the Paris Fashion Week, the colours, silhouettes and jewelry all felt like the beautiful Indian culture that the designer knows and understands. He is one of the most well known and respected designers from India. And when he was interviewed after the show, he said that he was surprised that he hadn’t done any Indian silhouettes before. The “spicy and bohemian” look, which Arora presented were bejeweled gowns which were influenced by the traditional Indian culture. However, everyone watching the show, could not take their eyes off the jewelry. The Jewelry was the center of the show – with head pieces, stand out gold face-bands, bracelets, and necklaces.
