New pictures of Kristen Stewart's Chanel Metiers d’Art Paris-Dallas ad surfaced on Instagram today. Kristen was announced as the official face for Chanel Paris-Dallas back in December 2013 and now previews of the upcoming ad, shot by Lagerfeld himself, have made their way online. The full campaign will officially debut in May, but these pictures give everyone a good idea what the ad might be like. Kristen supports a very edgy, south-western look accompanied by lots of dark eye liner and cornrows. The styling of the ad suits her and it’s obvious that Karl Lagerfeld kept Stewart's nonchalant approach to fashion in mind when conceptualizing the ad. We look forward to seeing Kristen rocking more Chanel on the red carpet from now on. The unique looking collection also seems to be heavily inspired by a Native American theme which caused some trouble for Chanel at the end of last year. Hopefully this ad will steer clear of controversies as more pictures emerge from Chanel soon.
