Cannes 2015 – Who Wore It Best?

Bollywood beauties swept the red carpet this year at the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival. Along with talent, these stunning divas brought immense head turning, jaw dropping style to the French Riviera. Wearing names like Elie Saab (which seemed to be a popular choice), Ralph & Russo, and Oscar De La Renta, these style icons showed off their penchant for Western fashion. Actress and brand ambassador for L'Oreal, Sonam Kapoor was doing double duty on the red carpet. First in a beautiful blue Ralph & Russo couture gown, and then in an even more stunning feathered Elie Saab gown, Sonam cleared the scene with her dazzling dresses.

Katrina Kaif

For her debut at Cannes, Katrina Kaif wore a strapless black and white Oscar De La Renta gown. Her next choice was a red, long sleeved Elie Saab gown that screamed sexy and sophisticated. Katrina definitely made her Cannes debut memorable and stepped on to the red carpet in style.

Mallika Sherawat

No newbie to Cannes, Mallika Sherawat stepped onto the red carpet, yet again, in a fuchsia Alexis Mabille gown complete with a cape that flowed as she walked, making her seem like a walking dream.

Nandita Das

Sticking to traditional, Nandita Das brought a little taste of India to Cannes by adorning the red carpet in her yellow gold Anavila hand woven linen sari complete with gold jewelry, a red bindi, and a potli purse. Nandita proved that sometimes keeping tradition is the best way to go.
