Balmain’s creative director used the red carpet and his supermodel friends, Kendall Jenner and Jordan Dunn to debut his newest collab with H&M, due to release November 5, 2015. The limited edition collection is expected to be synonymous with the Parisian designer’s signature style, adorned with intricate embellishments and military style detailing. This new collection will have apparel, shoes, and accessories available for men and women and will be launched in 250 stores worldwide and on H&M’s e-commerce website. The young designer asserts his designs are aimed at the new generation, combining couture-like pieces with street wear attitude that makes for an interesting, glamorous mix. Balmain’s popularity is blowing up, with 1.5 million followers on Instagram, H&M’s designer collaboration is the perfect way to allow everyone to get a taste for high fashion at an accessible price point. Rousteing states this collaboration will help create global recognition, enlisting everyone in the Balmain army, fueled by the hashtag #HMBalmaination.
