The world has not yet recovered from The Royal Wedding this weekend. People are still scrutinising every last amazing detail of the festivities. Although a Royal Wedding is truly a significant moment in our lifetime, there were some other pretty great wedding dresses this year as well!

Chanel Iman and her fiancé Sterling Shepard tied the knot this March, and the bride wore two stunningly embellished Zuhair Murad gowns. Speaking about her look she told Bride magazine that she didn't "envision wearing something like that, but the moment we put it on, we all loved it! it was so chic and unusual but also felt a little vintage"

Emily Ratajowski and her husband Sebastian Bear, got married "secretly" in February! Emily, always the risk taker and trend setter wore a mustard yellow suit ensemble from Zara! Speaking about her fresh take on brideswear, she said "I never loved the idea of wearing white for a wedding because I'm not a pure woman. I'm a woman with a lot of character and experience and life. I also just loved the idea of a suit, especially at City Hall because it's like you're taking care of business. I really wanted to wear red actually, initially... and then I just loved mustard yellow and just knew it was the one." Unfortunately there aren't a lot of public photographs of this event because they wanted it so under wraps from the public. However Emily shared some in the moment pictures on social media.

90s favourite John Stamos is finally off the market after his wedding to Caitlin McHugh at a lovely little church in Studio City in California. Caitlin looked fresh faced and feminine for her more traditional wedding, an anomaly in Hollywood to be honest. The dress, was stunning and the full tulle gown hid her baby bump perfectly!
