Strike a pose and bring on the clothes! Thanks to our famous Global Fashion Collective (GFC) program, New York Fashion Week is hitting the runway with some Vancouver spice and everything nice!
Seven booming Canadian and international designers have been carefully selected to strut their stuff; merging with NYFW this Thursday, February 8. Granted as the fastest growing fashion week worldwide heading into its 31st season; these designers are in for such a humbling experience! They will not only be given the opportunity for global development, but international visibility as well as the exposure of their Fall/Winter 2018 collections.
Vancouver Fashion Week has thrived off of introducing once unrecognized talent since 2001 and making that talent known by over 25 global fashion capitals. This is what has catered to such global phenomenon! It is a bi-annual show with a seven-day stretch that has a whopping 30,000 guests; some being industry professionals, buyers, international media and VIPs.
In need of putting their game-face on, the lucky designers are Caroline Ann Designs (US), Fiction Tokyo (Japan), Melissa Yin (Canada), WILDFRA?ULEIN 71 (Japan), Kim Tiziana Rottmüller (Germany), Kristen Ley (Canada) and MRHUA MRSHUA (China).
NYFW will be held at Industria 775 Washington Street, New York.
