The 51st annual Country Music Awards (CMA's) brought the best of the best in the industry to Nashville last night! Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley co-hosted the show, which had top notch entertainment and some big winners! Overall, the show shied away from political controversy and promoted unity instead. There was a touching performance by Carrie Underwood that paid tribute to the victims of the Las Vegas shooting. Underwood shed tears as she sang the song "Softly and Tenderly." Here are some clips of the tribute in the video below:
The big winners of the night were Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Garth Brooks, and Little Big Town won best vocal group and song of the year titled "Better Man," which was written by Taylor Swift. Little Big Town accepted the song of the year award on her behalf.
Now, let's get to the fashion! The red carpet featured ruffles, sexy silhouettes, and was lit up with sequins. Celebrities that stole the show included Lea Michele, Carrie Underwood, Reba McIntyre, Pink, Ruby Rose, and Ryan Hurd. Let's have a look at what these red carpet knock-outs were wearing!
Congrats to all of the musical artists and performers that were a part of the CMA's this year! The awards show was an inspiring night that showcased the message and power of music despite what is going on in the world.
