By: Frances Du You guys asked for it and now here it is! SHE Canada is excited to announce our first ever street-style contest! Popular street-style blogs like The Sartorialist and Face Hunter have proven that the most fashion-forward folks can be found riding their bicycles in Manhattan or out on a stroll in Paris. But now it's time to spotlight style savvy Canucks. I've always been astounded by the amount of creative and daring ensembles people wear on the streets of Toronto and now, thanks to our friends from Cirque De Soleil, the winner will receive two free tickets to an October showing of their latest creation, Amaluna, in Toronto. How can I enter the contest? Oh, it’s really easy. If you want a chance at nabbing free tickets you can either "like" us on Facebook or "follow" us on Twitter before posting a stylish photo on either of those sites. Make sure to tell us a little bit about yourself and why you should be chosen. Be creative! Those with a wild sense of style are sure to get noticed, but we’re not looking for bad Halloween costumes either. Show us  what makes your sense of style UNIQUE and SHE-ic. How will you decide who the winner is? Our SHE Canada team will look through the entries one by one after the contest closes and determine who we think is the most creative, unique, and fearless fashion maven out there! After we decide on a winner, the results will be posted on our She Canada blog (so make sure you come back for frequent updates). Runner-ups will receive some love as well. The winner will then receive a personal SHE Canada Facebook or Twitter message (depending on how you entered) about when and where you can pick up your tickets. Hand drawn maps will be provided for the geographically impaired. The contest closes on Tuesday July 31st, 2012 at 12:01 AM so submit now! *This contest is open to anyone who currently resides in Canada but keep in mind that you will be picking up the tickets in Toronto. *Any images containing profanity, slander or sexual content will immediately be disqualified
