Women still fight for equal treatment in the workplace, and even in the locales where the career woman is normalized, they are still expected to be ladies, mothers, and wives first. Drawing on this, Ariel India launched their #ShareTheLoad campaign, which has since gone viral. Focusing on the touching story of a Father and Grandfather who realized his daughter was taking on all the household duties from breadwinner to super-mom, the advertisement sheds light on the immense pressure put on women to take on office responsibilities as well as most of the household chores. Ariel urges fathers and all men to #ShareTheLoad with the women in their life, starting with just a load of laundry.
