The collection, which debuted last September at Paris Fashion Week, is a blend of 18^th Century French Rococo and Neoclassicism flair combined with Rihanna’s iconic athletic street styling. Musician, fashion icon, businesswoman, and all around, bad gal Rihanna has been collaborating with Puma as their Creative Director since early 2015. The artist has always had a natural ability to bring her own sense of style to the brand and that is what has helped elevate them to the next level. The collection features corsetry and as Rihanna described it “clothes that Marie Antoinette might wear in a parallel universe,” all while never loosing that edgy vibe she is so well known for. From a tracksuit to a body slip, Rihanna knows how to showcase duality in her outfits. Pink lace or sheer matched with killer heels, this collection is a reflection of both her tender and tough style combined with a Late Baroque aesthetic.
