The granddaughter of the iconic Audrey Hepburn (who happens to be on SHE’s cover for the August/September issue) poses in her very first photo shoot for the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar US. 20 year-old Emma Ferrer stuns the fashion world with her likeness to her famous relative. Hepburn was a muse to Richard Avedon, and his grandson Michael was the photographer for this shoot – making this even cooler. The series was styled by Joanna Hillman. When asked about her grandmother, Ferrer says, “I remember seeing a photo of her jumping on a trampoline – I believe this was before I understood that she was famous. But I remember thinking that she looked like a friend I wish I could have had.” “As a child I couldn't really relate to Audrey Hepburn, the actress. To me, she was family,” Ferrer told Harper’s Bazaar, describing how she felt about her grandmother at a young age. “When I watched ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s,’ I enjoyed it the same way any young girl would. I've seen ‘My Fair Lady’ and ‘Roman Holiday,’ but I suppose my favourite is ‘Funny Face.’” During the interview, Ferrer revealed that she is in possession of many of Hepburn’s personal items, including sweaters and a white stuffed teddy bear.
